Work With Me
What I Do
WORK WITH ME
I build records and processes that protect people and companies in regulated settings. I have 8+ years at Amazon, Salesforce, and Truepill, I have worked in HR since 2020, and I am moving that work into pharmaceutical quality, drug safety, and regulatory roles.
WHAT I DO
I do the careful work that is hard to staff well: investigations that hold up when someone checks them, documentation that is ready for review, and processes that keep working when a team grows.
At Amazon I investigated 100 to 130 disability accommodation and leave cases a week. Every determination I wrote was peer reviewed and then manager reviewed.
At Truepill, a digital pharmacy, I built the employee relations function from scratch in one week, including intake, documentation standards, and a case tracking system.
At Salesforce I managed 150 to 390 formal employee relations cases over 18 months, held satisfaction scores of 4.5 to 5.0 out of 5.0, and served as a subject matter expert for the LATAM, M&A, and Legal teams.
WHY LIFE SCIENCES
Quality and drug safety work runs on the habits I already have: write it down, follow the procedure, keep the evidence, and fix the cause. I have done that with protected health information in a pharmacy and with legally sensitive case files at Amazon. I am now studying regulatory compliance, clinical trials operations, and pharmacy technician fundamentals so I can bring those habits to a quality, safety, or regulatory team.
ROLES I AM MOVING TOWARD
Quality Assurance Specialist (Pharmaceutical Operations)
Regulatory Compliance Specialist (Pharmaceuticals)
Drug Safety Data Reviewer
Pharmacovigilance Specialist
Medication Safety Management Specialist
Process Automation Analyst (Healthcare and Pharma, low code)
WHAT I BRING TO THOSE ROLES
Case review and evidence backed determinations
Documentation control and records ready for review
Standard operating procedures and process documentation
Protected health information handling in a pharmacy setting
Pattern and root cause reporting
Low code apps and workflow automation I build myself
Coursework in regulatory compliance, clinical trials operations, and pharmacy technician fundamentals
LONG TERM DIRECTION
I am working toward a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD). The roles I am pursuing now are the foundation for that, and I plan to build my career inside the industry while I study. Over time I want to work in pharmacy strategy and pharmacoeconomics.
HOW I HANDLE DIFFICULT SITUATIONS
When a matter escalates, my approach does not change. I document before I advise. I think through the risk before I raise it. I do not bring a problem to a leader without a recommended next step.
I have given answers that were uncomfortable and given them clearly. I have held to a compliance requirement when the easier answer was a different one. I try to do both while keeping the trust of everyone involved.
WHAT MAKES MY WORK DIFFERENT
Many people are strong on one side of this work. They investigate, or they build the process. I have had to do both, often in the same week.
At Truepill I saw that case intake had no standard structure, so I designed a submission form and a ClickUp tracking system. Leadership could then find case information without scheduling a meeting to ask.
At Amazon I worked in a high volume, closely reviewed environment, where a complete evidence trail was required on every case.
At Salesforce I supported the integration of three acquired companies, Zoomin, Spiff, and Own Backup, translating HR and compliance requirements into plain guidance so onboarding ran without policy gaps.
WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR
A pharmaceutical, pharmacy, or healthcare team that needs someone careful who can work independently and learn quickly. I am open to permanent, contract, and hourly roles, including entry points into quality, drug safety, and regulatory work. I also welcome roles in employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.
FOR US EMPLOYERS
I am a US citizen based in Georgia, working Eastern time. I do not need sponsorship. I have worked fully remote for years and can start within two weeks of an offer.
FOR AUSTRALIAN EMPLOYERS
I am planning a move to Queensland and I am looking for an employer to make it with.
Where: Greater Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, the Gold Coast, Cairns, Rockhampton, and surrounding areas.
Work rights: I would need employer sponsorship, for example through the Skills in Demand visa (subclass 482) or a Designated Area Migration Agreement where one applies to your region. I will work closely with your HR and migration team to keep the process simple on your end.
What I bring: Investigation method, documentation standards, and careful case work carry across borders. The laws differ, and I am learning the Fair Work Act and the Privacy Act 1988 as part of my preparation.
Another route: I am also glad to join a US organisation with Australian operations and move across once I have proven my work.
I am available for video interviews now and comfortable working Australian Eastern hours.
LET'S TALK
If this sounds like what your team needs, I would love to hear from you.
