WHAT I DO

In a regulated setting, a missing record is a risk to a person. I learned that at a digital pharmacy, and it's why I'm taking my compliance and investigations work into life sciences.

I've spent 8+ years at Amazon, Salesforce, and Truepill making sure the record holds up, and I've worked in HR, compliance, and investigations since 2020. The skills life sciences quality and regulatory teams rely on are the ones I use every day: documentation control, audit ready records, SOP writing, root cause analysis, and evidence backed reporting.

WHY LIFE SCIENCES, AND WHY NOW

I have already worked in a regulated healthcare setting, and that experience is recent. I am adding the science and regulatory knowledge to go with it, through coursework in clinical trials operations, regulatory compliance, and pharmacy technician practice.

I supported employees across the United States, Canada, LATAM, and APAC and held satisfaction scores between 4.5 and 5.0 out of 5.0. I managed 150 to 390 formal employee relations cases and served as subject matter expert for the LATAM, M&A, and Legal teams while three acquired companies came on board.
